Definitions
Infants: Under 2yrs old, Children: 2-16yrs old, Adults: 17+yrs old. Family Nannies, if staying with you in the villa, are classed as 1 x Adult.
Over 8 Guests
Additional costs apply to groups with more than 8 guests. Submit your reservations enquiry and we can begin to discuss your group details.
Minimum Stay
The minimum stay over Christmas and New Year is 6 nights, apart from these dates, our minimum stay is 3 nights. Stays of 2 nights may be considered only if they fit between other existing bookings.
Arrivals & Departures
Arrivals are from 2.00pm. Departures are by 11.00am. Additional half-day rate applies if arriving earlier or departing later (subject to availability and agreement).
Domestic Rates
The rates shown in Thai Baht are for Domestic (in-Thailand) guests paying from one Thai bank to another Thai Bank. They are approximate and may be subject to review in accordance with current USD-THB exchange rates at the time of your booking enquiry, deposit payment and final payment
